No. Delivery arrives as a link by e-mail — and optionally SMS or WhatsApp — and opens without any account. The page walks them through everything, step by step.

Is this a will?

No. CAPSULENE is digital continuity, not legal estate planning — use it alongside a will or trust. It covers what those documents rarely do: locations, instructions, subscriptions, and context.

What if I just miss a check-in on holiday?

Nothing releases in a hurry. A grace period starts, reminders go out, and one click on any of them keeps everything sealed.

Can I include something personal?

Yes. Alongside the practical map, many people add a letter. Some things should be said — even if they are read later.
