The gap in every service

Your customers already trust you with something important.

Their finances. Their business. Their digital assets. Their legal planning. Their technology.

But most services still leave one question unanswered:

What happens when the customer can no longer manage it themselves?

A secure account can still leave people with no idea what to do next. That is the continuity gap.

The continuity layer

CAPSULENE closes the gap between protection and action.

CAPSULENE helps customers prepare critical guidance, instructions, and access context for controlled delivery to trusted recipients.

Partners can introduce, support, or integrate the process without becoming the holder of customer passwords, private keys, or decryption shares.

Business value

Add value without building from scratch.

Create a new service opportunity

Offer digital continuity as a paid service, premium onboarding, or bundled customer benefit.

Differentiate your offering

Bring customers a capability most existing services still do not address.

Support stronger customer relationships

Help customers prepare for a problem that extends beyond your core service.

Avoid custody of customer secrets

Customers retain ownership of their Capsules and their sensitive decryption material.

Choose the right level of integration

Start with referrals or assisted onboarding, then explore deeper embedded options where appropriate.

Partner FAQ

What partners ask first

Does the partner hold customer secrets?

No. Each customer owns their Capsules. For a Key holder, the decryption material is split between the customer, their recipient, and CAPSULENE — the partner never receives a share, a password, or a private key. For Text Capsules, content is processed by CAPSULENE for delivery, not by the partner.

Can we start without an API integration?

Yes. Most partnerships start as referral or assisted-setup programs, which need no integration at all. Embedded or API-based options are explored later, during a pilot, based on what the product supports at that time.

Can CAPSULENE fit alongside legal or financial planning?

Yes. CAPSULENE is not a legal instrument and does not replace wills, trusts, or professional advice. It complements them by preparing the access guidance, instructions, and context those documents rarely cover.

Is white-label support available?

Brand and integration options are discussed case by case as part of a pilot. CAPSULENE does not offer a self-service white-label product today.

How is pricing determined?

Commercial terms are based on customer volume, partnership model, support requirements, and integration depth. They are agreed after a focused pilot rather than published as a fixed rate.
