Consumer disputes & conciliation boards

If you are a consumer resident in Hungary and we have not been able to resolve your complaint (contact us first at support@capsulene.com), you may apply, free of charge, to a conciliation board (békéltető testület). The board competent for our registered seat is:

  • Budapesti Békéltető Testület (Budapest Conciliation Board), 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99., Hungary · bekeltet.bkik.hu · bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu

You may instead apply to the conciliation board competent for your own place of residence; the official list of boards is published at bekeltetes.hu. Consumer-protection supervision is exercised by the government office (kormányhivatal) competent for your place of residence — see fogyasztovedelem.kormany.hu.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU/EEA or in another country, you keep the consumer rights and dispute options of your own country of residence — see section 15 of our Terms of Service.
